John is an established CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in the Roanoke, Virginia, area. The focus of John’s practice is helping clients achieve better financial outcomes during their working years and into their retirement years. John accomplishes this through comprehensive financial planning, with an emphasis on investment management and tax efficiency.

John attended Auburn University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance. During his time in Auburn, John purchased and managed a highly successful retail/internet business. John later returned to Roanoke where he used his experience and business ownership background to develop a thriving financial planning and investment management practice. John lives in Roanoke with his wife, Courtney, and daughter, Abigail. He enjoys movies, golf, and coaching several of his daughter’s sports teams.
